As an Analyst in our team, you will play a vital role in providing analytics support, including report development and in-depth ad hoc analyses. This position offers the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets and analytics platforms to assess both short and long-term strategies, making data-driven recommendations to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize large-scale databases and analytics tools to gain data-driven insights into customer behavior.
• Create impactful analyses and reporting solutions.
• Develop visually engaging dashboards for complex data sets.
• Take ownership of requirements, development, and validation of ongoing metrics and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with external departments (e.g., marketing, merchandising, store operations) to create reporting and analyses that assess business performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions.
• Assist in implementing modern business intelligence/analytics tools and visualizations.
• Deliver compelling presentations with a storytelling approach for various business initiatives.
• Perform reporting and analysis of customer segments and growth strategies, providing recommendations to optimize future performance.
• Cultivate relationships with key strategic and operational vendors.
• Share skills and knowledge with teammates to enhance the department’s impact on the organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in analytical roles of increasing complexity.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in evaluating and implementing BI and analytics tools.
• Bonus points for experience with Python.
