Insight Global’s client is hiring 10 Career Advisors to work remotely in various states. These advisors will help graduates in healthcare-related fields find employment in their geographic areas. The role involves coaching graduates for interviews, resume improvement, and aligning their job preferences with their degrees. Advisors will also reengage with uncommunicative students, coordinate interviews, and assist with candidate hiring processes. The position primarily involves outbound calls and communication through phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities:

• Assist graduates in finding employment opportunities.
• Coach graduates to become interview-ready, improve their resumes, and align job preferences with their degrees.
• Reengage uncommunicative students.
• Coordinate with the business development team to schedule interviews.
• Help candidates with the hiring process and ensure a smooth transition to their new jobs.
• Primarily communicate through phone, email, and text.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree.
• Must be currently located in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Indiana, or Arizona.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
