Description:
We are looking for someone with familiarity with Sage Intacct software, Microsoft Office, Excel pivot and v-lookup, bill.com, and non-profit accounting. This is an accounts-remote The role and experience requirements for an accounts payable position should involve working in a fast-paced setting, being familiar with bill.com invoice routing and processing, Sage Intacct ERP, and AMEX credit cards.
Four to five years’ minimum experience in non-profit accounts payable.
Additionally, I’m working on the monthly aging report, processing 20–30 invoices a day, data entry, vendor management, email inbox management, and Amex credit card reconciliations (staff account handles fixed assets and expense reports).
Recently completed year-end on June 30,
Emphasize candidates from the Central or East Coasts.
The job will be an 8 to 5 job, working 35 to 40 hours a week for a few months.
NFP is favored.
Minimum involvement period of two months.
