Position Description:

In accordance with conventional protocols, the Accounting Specialist is responsible for taking the lead in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting duties. Responsibilities and duties exhibit a high degree of variety and complexity. Projects vary in scope and usually necessitate uniqueness and innovation.

Utilizes superior abilities.

• Conduct the plant’s daily financial activities.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly obligations and reports are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Enters daily production hours into the Payroll System, balances the hours, and ensures accuracy.
• Help with various accounting tasks such as bank account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and payment processing. Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting Entries, Cost Accounting are the requirements.
