Building Excellent Client Relationships with Client Delight

• Give our clients outstanding operational and accounting support.
• Show that you have a solid grasp of bookkeeping and professional accounting procedures.
• Support the client onboarding procedure according to the established procedures for all assigned client engagements.
• Execute procedures pertaining to the management of accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly book closing, and the preparation of financial reporting and analysis, as appropriate.
• Work together with your boss and the other Associates in your team to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with our services by communicating in a timely and efficient manner.
• Oversee daily client interactions while adhering to set procedures and financial constraints.
• Determine and suggest to your management the areas in which Supporting Strategies could be able to offer extra tools or services to increase client value and productivity.

• Take part in video check-in sessions, both team and individual, to make sure you are on the same page and prepared for success.

• Accept the coaching and criticism from your management, and make the necessary adjustments to help the team and the client reach their objectives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting at the very least.
• Five or more years of full-cycle accounting expertise, including preparation of financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly book closure.
• One or more years of expertise with QuickBooks or NetSuite for transactional accounting; working with many clients is a plus.
• Ability and dedication to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
• Oversaw daily interactions with clients while adhering to set procedures and financial constraints.
• Demonstrated a love for and sense of fulfillment from bringing joy to customers and assisting companies in growing.
• A dedication to upholding the strictest secrecy when handling client information.
