- Preserves respectable performance indicators, including quality, output, attendance, and first contact resolution.
- Actively looks for answers using logical thinking and data interpretation abilities; detects trends and routes them to the right channel, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Communicates with various departments as needed to address concerns and inquiries from the seller.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL EQUALITIES
- At least a year of experience in customer service
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and tools
