Being an Account Representative will be essential to the business. assisting clients in determining the best course of action for their financial circumstances and settling payment arrangements with subtlety, professionalism, and understanding. assisting customers in paying off their past-due accounts while respecting their specific financial circumstances and acting transparently.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, ARS offers you a fantastic chance. We are conducting interviews for our upcoming training class due to our clients’ quick expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing collection calls with clients.
• Combine naturally occurring rapport with prepared dialogue.
• Ask follow-up inquiries to learn more about your customers’ financial circumstances and the root cause of their delinquency.
• Inform clients about account conditions and other available payment options.
• Use critical thinking to come up with alternatives that work best for both the customer and the business when negotiating payback.
• Based on call facts, accurately document and amend finances.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Capacity to successfully complete a drug test and background check Capacity to perform an 8-hour shift consistently (40 hours a week)
• Windows proficiency and mediocre typing abilities
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to use appropriate grammar and professional language when conducting calls are required.
• Ability to request and work out payment arrangements is a must.
• proficiency in basic math, including payment plans and percentage calculations

After training, the hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Once a week, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Once a month, Saturday shifts from 9 am to 1 pm are necessary.
