The fastest-growing media firm in home services, Home Solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to oversee and expand the strategic alliances with several of our top brands. Working with internal stakeholders to activate growth plans or resolve issues, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, maintaining account details and information in our CRM system, leveraging our data to create insights and reports, and influencing outcomes that grow our business are all part of the job description of an Account Manager on our Partnerships team. You will find growth corridors, seize new business possibilities, and optimize revenue creation by fusing your understanding of our partner’s business objectives with our organizational strengths.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will be accountable to an Account Director and will oversee:
- Establishing enduring, fruitful partnerships with partners by using data to generate suggestions that spur expansion
- Using social skills to recognize and promote the best possible business outcomes
- providing information and reports to the account director to help him or her communicate partner performance in relation to predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- utilizing a strong sense of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot problems, gather support from the appropriate parties, and drive resolution while balancing urgency with impact on the team or business
- Working together with internal stakeholders to implement new growth opportunities that increase revenue, resolve challenges, and meet partner KPIs
- obtaining data, utilizing dashboards, and producing content for the Account Director that summarizes partner and category performance
- Utilizing past expertise or exhibiting a desire to learn about the competitive environment and customer and category trends in order to become an authority in your fields
- facilitating the development and delivery of exceptional partner presentations through a combination of in-person and virtual meetings that spur growth and advance our partnerships
- exhibiting excellent project management and attention to detail in order to achieve deadlines
- displaying a commanding presence and excellent communication abilities
Requirements:
- Two or more years of expertise in business development and/or account management with a track record of success cultivating new partnerships and strengthening existing ones
- An ownership mindset in which you are knowledgeable about your industry, work well with others, and assist in achieving partner and/or category goals
- Proven ability to successfully integrate data analysis and synthesis to offer suggestions that promote expansion Knowledge of impacting business results and closing deals
- Outstanding team player with excellent communication, time-management, and attention to detail abilities
- Outstanding capacity to act as a link between internal and external parties
- A growth-oriented mindset that is competitive and has a track record of achieving and surpassing goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects at once and manage conflicting priorities
- Want to work in a high-growth, fast-paced atmosphere where change is inevitable
- Having prior experience with affiliate relationship management or performance-based marketing is advantageous.
- It is advantageous to have prior experience with home services brands or the home services marketing scene.
