Responsibilities:
Specifically, we are searching for an Account Manager who meets the following criteria:
- Outstanding English communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Two years or more of experience managing accounts.
- Two years or more of experience managing several clients while working in a marketing agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agency/internal relationships as well as client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM and project management platforms, like Basecamp, Salesforce, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Hubspot, and so on.
- Kept up to date on developments and trends in the field of digital marketing.
- Working in US time zones with ease.
Requirements:
- Assume responsibility for keeping clients happy and helping them expand within our portfolio.
- Throughout each monthly reporting cycle, we carefully review client reports to make sure we regularly meet or surpass client goals.
- Review campaigns on a regular basis with clients, taking into account their preferences and size.
- Make suggestions for campaign enhancements in a proactive manner, such as adding new services like SEO, Ads, Social Media, or a new website.
- During client reviews, consider asking forward-thinking questions to gauge demands, look into extra services, and keep up with industry developments.
- Increase clientele by generating new client referrals to propel business growth.
- Work together as a cohesive one within the Dominant Digital team, standing up for customers to make sure they succeed.
