Position Description
Ashbury Labelling is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of our leading food retail clients by providing day-to-day service delivery and support to their internal teams.
You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, a friendly and straightforward manner, and be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. Additionally, the successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, proactive and organised.
Responsibilities
– Manage service delivery to the client, internal, and external stakeholder management
– Project manage capacity, capabilities, and facilitate the client’s priorities
– Recognise, develop, and expand service provision opportunities
– Represent Ashbury at client meetings
– Raise Ashbury’s reputation by building relationships with key client stakeholders
– Compile performance and status reporting
– Manage client feedback and handle difficult conversations with stakeholders
Qualifications
– A minimum of 1 year of account management or project management experience
– Experience of FMCG, ideally food retail
– Excellent communication and networking skills
– Good IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
– Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
– Positive “can do” attitude and eagerness to learn
– Ability to understand and develop processes
– Ability to work independently and as a team player
