We are looking for an exceptionally bright and driven Account Executive to join our vibrant team. This position is critical to identifying business prospects and maintaining client connections while concentrating on our SaaS e-commerce platform’s environmental impact. In order to move us closer to a more sustainable future, the ideal applicant will lead initiatives to maintain and grow our client base among US utility companies and state agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Planning: Create thorough business plans with an emphasis on environmental advantages in order to meet preset quotas and targets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Ensure a long-lasting and successful collaboration by managing the complete sales cycle, from finding possible partners to closing deals.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify untapped markets for sales through strategic networking, and develop these contacts into long-term alliances that support our environmental goal.
- Product Demonstration: Show potential customers how our highly distinctive solutions improve equity, demand response, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
- After-Sales service: To strengthen customer loyalty and emphasize the significance of selecting our products, provide outstanding after-sales service.
- Partner Development: Stay in regular communication with partners to learn about and address their needs while making sure they are in line with our platform plan.
- Agreement Negotiation: Keep careful records of sales and statistics, and negotiate agreements with an eye toward their long-term effects.
Requirements:
What you contribute to the group
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar discipline, with a strong focus on sustainability.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience managing the whole sales cycle, either as an account executive or in a related sales or business development function.
- Location and Travel: The best location for this remote job is Los Angeles, Southern California. Travel within the country will be necessary to meet with partners and stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Excellent understanding of HubSpot or other CRM software to optimize sales and customer service procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing trust and effectively communicating the environmental benefits of our services.
- Outstanding time-management and organizational skills to manage several projects and deadlines.
- Business Savvy: Enthusiastic about environmental issues and sustainability, coupled with strong business acumen.
