Responsibilities:
- Create revenue and encourage market expansion in the region
- Assist the marketing team in order to guarantee a robust lead flow.
- Construct and present strong value propositions.
- Collaborate with partners to oversee joint selling opportunities as needed.
- Form and manage teams to pursue greater prospects.
- Inform and assist potential customers as they proceed with the purchase.
- Create and carry out a successful sales plan to reach or surpass predetermined sales goals.
- Recognize complicated client needs, including those in the operational, business, and technical domains, for public digital communications.
- Create and autonomously deliver unique Granicus presentations to transform prospects’ interactions with the general audience.
- Handle internal resources, such as marketing, sales assistance, and solution consultants, to make a strong argument to potential customers.
- Oversee every facet of sales in your region, such as lead generation, activity monitoring, opportunity management, revenue projection, contract administration, and deal closure.
- Follow up on leads that you and our inbound and outbound marketing initiatives have created.
- assist the executive group in creating a sales plan
- Keep a record of every email, activity, and interaction with our Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to peers, senior management, and sales management.
- TRAVEL about 50%
Requirements:
- You have more than five years of consultative sales experience, as well as success as an individual sales contributor. You have proven your ability to find and close opportunities over the phone and in person. You have experience tracking leads, activities, and opportunities using customer relationship management software.
- You are able to perform well in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.
- You have a strong desire to assist clients in overcoming their obstacles.
- Using a solution sales approach, you carry out a sales process. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities will be needed for this.
- You know how to use technology and you feel at ease with it.
- You have prior experience selling in a setting where decisions are made by various, cross-functional committees.
