Position Description:

An Enterprise/Mid-market Account Executive is needed by our California team! Account Executives at Klaviyo have a fantastic opportunity to significantly influence the prospects for Klaviyo, the company’s trajectory, and ultimately, themselves. When working with high-end clients like Marc Jacobs, Steve Madden, Walmart Home Brands, Taylormade Golf, Citizen Watches, etc., Enterprise/Mid-market AEs at Klaviyo take great pride. One of the rare businesses that can handle a multi-segment go-to-market strategy is Klaviyo, and our premium sector is one of our fastest growing business areas. With assistance from Strategic Solutions Architects, mid-market AEs at Klaviyo manage the complete sales cycle, from qualification to demo to driving the buying process to closure. You are also accountable for collaborating with Customer Success and other cross-departmental tasks. Although Klaviyo’s headquarters are in Boston, our team is now located in the Pacific Time Zone.

How You’ll Change Things:

• Increase the Mid-market and Enterprise clientele of Klaviyo and participate in a company-wide strategy.
• Manage your pipeline actively and create a plan for long-term, sustained success.
• Promote the accomplishments of your peers
• Display the responsibility and effort that Klaviyo stands for.
• Educate and assist rookie account executives
• With Upmarket clients, closely collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to discover and enhance cross-departmental efforts.

Requirements:

• Expertise in concluding deals for at least five years, preferably in the SaaS and MarTech industries, and a desire to work on key accounts with many stakeholders
• Technical selling skills, knowledge of MarTech, and awareness of the market competition
• Working remotely before is a bonus
