Position Description

Leaf International Corporation is a dynamic sales company that seeks to hire an experienced Account Executive to develop and maintain profitable customer relationships, meet sales targets, and sell our products and services to clients. The successful candidate will join our sales team, report to the Sales Manager, and work remotely from anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth in revenue.
-Meet and exceed sales targets by selling products and services to clients.
-Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients and building relationships with existing customers.
-Understand and present appropriate solutions to customer needs and requirements.
-Create and deliver proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
-Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and closing deals.
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in company CRM.
-Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies.
-Keep up-to-date with industry trends, the company’s portfolio of products and services, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

-University degree or equivalent in sales, business administration, or related field.
-Proven experience as an Account Executive, or a similar role, with a successful track record in sales.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong customer service orientation.
-Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
