Job Description: Join Zurich, a leading multi-line insurer, in our dedicated contact center team starting in January 2024. We are seeking confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Customer Care Professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a 6-week training program and allows you to work 100% remotely from your home office. Candidates must be available to service customers within the Mountain Standard Time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports promptly and accurately via phone and other reporting options.
  • Resolve complex claims inquiries and issues, seeking assistance when necessary to provide effective service and advice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and efficiently resolve queries and problems.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to enhance the quality of customer care.
  • Adhere to company risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience.

Work-from-Home Office Requirements:

  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down).

  • Typing speed of 32 WPM or more.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer screens and browsers.
  • Strong comprehension, professional demeanor, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Insurance knowledge is preferred.

Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.21, with compensation varying based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level. Zurich provides competitive compensation and additional rewards, including short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
