Job Description: Join Zurich, a leading multi-line insurer, in our dedicated contact center team starting in January 2024. We are seeking confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Customer Care Professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a 6-week training program and allows you to work 100% remotely from your home office. Candidates must be available to service customers within the Mountain Standard Time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports promptly and accurately via phone and other reporting options.
- Resolve complex claims inquiries and issues, seeking assistance when necessary to provide effective service and advice.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and efficiently resolve queries and problems.
- Offer feedback and recommendations to enhance the quality of customer care.
- Adhere to company risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- Data entry experience.
Work-from-Home Office Requirements:
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down).

- Strong comprehension, professional demeanor, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Insurance knowledge is preferred.

Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.21, with compensation varying based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level. Zurich provides competitive compensation and additional rewards, including short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
