Responsibilities:
- Oversee the experimental pipeline of the ASV content team * Use daily, weekly, and monthly analytics to optimize the creative pipeline (long and short form); lead projects from inception to approval
- Develop show and series budgets
- Offer insightful criticism on concept submissions from internal or external collaborators.
- Keep an approved list of production businesses on file.
- Agree on terms of the contract
- Work along with monetization to provide content for partners in advertising
- Regularly propose new ideas, program reviews, and post-campaign evaluations to the leadership.
- Participate in company reviews and strategy documents.
- Collaborate with legal to get permission to republish historical content.
Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS
- Over seven years as a creative executive
- Experience developing series for over five years
- Prior experience in a creative executive, producer, or related function
- Previous experience collaborating with departments including business, legal affairs, casting, production, research, and public relations
- Expertise in managing all artistic facets of post-production and development production
- Capability to assess the effects of creative projects using data dashboards and measurement tools
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
- Understanding of the US media environment
- Experience creating material for broadcast networks, streaming services, or nominations for awards
- Solid professional ties with the creative community, including a network of publishers, agencies, production firms, authors, and other creators
