You will collaborate with 1P/2P/3P developers, business development, and AWS Security as a systems development engineer to help Amazon Games bring incredible properties through launch and beyond. The ideal applicant will excel at prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively, with a strong emphasis on delivering the greatest customer experience. It’s crucial to possess the capacity for independence while yet offering partners top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Become a technical representative for third-party games at Amazon Games.
• Reviews of the code and architecture in second- and third-party games.
• Integrating internal services with third-party titles.
• For titles from third parties, offer broad technical support, such as load testing, issue repair, and operational excellence.
• Support integration of second- and third-party games into Amazon Games.
• AWS service account configuration, ownership, monitoring, and alarms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships
• 1+ years of expertise building or architecting new and existing systems with an emphasis on design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Preferred Qualifications: Programming experience in at least one current language, such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Major contributor to an AWS production service
• Working knowledge of agile/scrum.
• Knowledge of AWS technologies
