A Specialty Program Manager is needed to work with us. This individual serves as a link between our internal operations teams and our external partners, such as Reimbursement Hubs and Pharma Manufacturers, by serving as their primary point of contact.
You are a leader who values collaborating with a range of internal and external partners. In order to respond to inquiries about the procedures, as well as to investigate issues, concerns, and escalations, you will serve as the operations account management liaison to the drug manufacturing businesses and their hubs.
You’ll be in charge of the program’s overall wellbeing and report on the performance and status of particular specialist goods and services. You will make sure operations are informed of any changes in contract terms or demands for new goods or services, and you’ll help develop and put in place the necessary procedures. To analyze metrics, the performance status of speciality pharmacies, clinical/nonclinical in-services, and QBRs, you will host meetings with operation executives, AM, hubs, and manufacturers.
You will keep track of work-in-progress, aging, and important metrics for a particular specialty drug or drugs, report them to leadership, and help to stop delays.
Responsibilities:
- To address inquiries about process and service difficulties, collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Manage the program scorecard and communicate the most important KPIs to internal and external partners.
- Determine and follow important issue trends – carry out root-cause analyses and promote efforts for process improvement
- Recognize subtleties of how to position Accredo externally, including what to say and what not to say.
- Conduct business evaluations and share findings during QBRs to highlight the importance of the PM job.
- Develop and keep strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferable; high school diploma or GED necessary.
- Preference will be given to applicants with 2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy and 4 to 6 years in program support.
- It will be crucial to have good organizational, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Adaptability in a changing workplace and willingness to work a flexible schedule when necessary
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients through professionalism
- Microsoft Excel proficiency Strong leadership qualities (able to anticipate and meet customers’ demands) and a strategic approach
- Efficient agent for change
If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
We anticipate paying between 58,100 and 96,900 USD per year for this role, depending on relevant aspects like experience and location.
Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
