Responsibilities:

• In addition to being the clinical arm of your department, an RN also fulfills the duties of an LPN and a medical assistant.
  Prioritize patient calls and concerns, and call patients who have been hospitalized or who have been to the emergency room.

• Lead and assist the front and back office employees with regard to patient issues or center needs, and assist the clinician in managing the patients’ complicated healthcare needs.
• In order to give our patients the most thorough, well-rounded care possible, we must continue to foster supportive connections with multidisciplinary team members.
• Additionally, you could be requested to analyze and prioritize clinic-wide immediate response events, start and maintain straightforward IV infusions, take blood from ports, and provide all-day clinical support for LPNs.
• Assist in addressing queries, worries, and requests via phone, our EHR, and the patient portal.
• Make sure the clinic runs smoothly every day, and use your organizational abilities to help handle the medical requirements of our diverse patient population.
• Follow all policies and procedures precisely while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Practice within the parameters of your license.
• Maintain accurate records of all the assistance and information you gave to our patients.
• Manage uncertainty appropriately and be aware of proper conflict resolution techniques.
• Other tasks as they are allocated.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

• RN Arizona state license for practicing
• GED certification or a diploma from high school
• Certification by BLCS
• Excellent customer service abilities and a strong commitment to provide consumers compassionate, professional care
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and being at ease entering data into our electronic health record system in a healthcare setting

Preferred credentials:

Experience working in an outpatient setting for at least a year ACLS certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities
