An instructional graphic designer is needed for a long-term (1+ year) project with one of Kelly Services’ international clients in Redwood City, California.
Remote possibility
Range of wages: $48 to $50 per hour plus benefits
The main duties of the instructional graphic designer are to create training collateral utilizing Articulate 360 and the Adobe Suite of tools.

- Has great interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills and performs well under deadlines in a dynamic workplace

- is self-driven, meticulous, and imaginative
- Possesses a high level of Articulate 360 proficiency, including Rise and Narrative
- Has excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Pays close attention to detail in all tasks, but especially when it comes to visual components, corporate identity, and course functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Make attractive learning materials and interesting learning activities.
- Create eLearning courses that are aesthetically appealing and focused on the learner using existing storyboards and linkages from company branding guides.
- Update and revise current courses in accordance with a predetermined style
- Work with subject matter experts to review the content and quickly resolve any modifications or adjustments.
- Keep abreast with developments and recommendations in instructional design and learning technologies.
- Courses can be modified to meet customer needs while preserving the authenticity and standard of the original offering.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- Knowledge of Articulate 360
- Having experience with all stages of eLearning design and production and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud course development, maintain revision documentation, create storyboards, edit audio, deal with video, and project management
- Experience with medical devices
