Requirements:
- 2+ years of business development job experience
- You must have prior Web3 experience.
- The capacity to interpret DeFi/Web3 market situations and convert them into values for the whole firm.
- Strong communication abilities in both writing and spoken
- Ability to make judgments independently and communicate thoughts clearly
- Self-motivated/entrepreneurial frame of mind
- Good familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Excellent in comprehending and articulating technical concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent at establishing and leveraging relationships
