This full-stack position necessitates active participation in the creation of event-driven, scalable applications.

Currently employed by Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their affiliates.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead that appreciates participating in solution designs and is willing to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
• Create a technical architecture that is more cloud-centric, API-driven, and streaming-driven for agile delivery.
• In a continuous delivery environment, develop proof of concepts, innovate, and integrate cloud-based software.
• Important Participant in daily scrum sessions, retrospective calls, and agile planning meetings for successful project planning and delivery.
• Conduct client meetings at the project level and offer the team technical leadership in establishing the standards for the process and best practices.
• The apps should be documented, tested, implemented, and given ongoing maintenance. Use a great deal of imagination, vision, and discernment when developing, planning, and implementing initiatives.
• Evernorth applications subject matter expert, in charge of research, feature design, documentation, team coordination for development & testing, and final software implementation.
• For several production releases, often communicate with product owners and quality assurance teams.
• As part of the agile methodology’s CI/CD (Continuous integration/Continuous development) process, track and fix production defects.

Requirements:

• Currently employed by Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their affiliates.
• Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Rest Services, and Hibernate software development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. comfortable communicating for technical briefings, status updates, etc. with director level management.
• Having knowledge of HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Redux.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of AWS, OpenShift, or PCF as one or more cloud computing platforms.
• Working knowledge of DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience with MongoDB and Cassandra, two NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Skills in strategic and analytical thinking that are advanced.
• Quickly learn new ideas and technologies; competent to communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
