Responsibilities:

Manages escalated network issues and member balance billing issues Supports installation of new and existing accounts for the site by attending implementation planning/process meetings Participates in prospect calls and assists with RFP responses. Acts as a single point-of-contact for escalated Customer-specific issues and/or more general plan administration issues. Responds to emails from customers within 48 business hours. Plans and participates in site visits. Actively seeks out customer issues and plans their resolution. Serves as a conduit to convey workflow outcomes, ideas, and solutions. Resolve concerns proactively by working with account executives, salespeople, installation managers, and the claims office as necessary. Manage escalated customer issues; send out customer reports; review them for trends or issues; attend on-site audits and serve as consultants; assist customers and sales in understanding the effects of non-standard benefits; coordinate/handle ad hoc account manager (AM) requests, allowing the AM to concentrate on formulating strategies for both new and existing business opportunities. Proactively analyzes constituent data, identifies trends and issues. recognizes the most pressing business issues, collects the relevant data, correctly pinpoints the causes, and develops solutions. establishes and maintains alliances with people across the organization. promotes cooperation by fostering shared objectives and fostering confidence. motivates, encourages, and starts cross-functional activity.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: at least 43,700; up to 100,000

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • Aetna customer service experience answering ACAS claim calls or 1 year or more of experience processing Aetna ACAS claims (physician and hospital). (Claim or call center setting.
  • Knowledge of assessing claim trends or locating issues.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, as well as a strong focus on finding solutions to problems
  • Spanish must be read and written (Bilingual)
