You will oversee product initiatives as ChainSafe’s technical product lead to help the budding Web3 sector reach its full potential. You’ll bring goods from concept to reality with your entrepreneurial energy and practical outlook. You use your in-depth knowledge of the market environment to accomplish that, identify and evaluate areas of opportunity, and create a product strategy.

To lead Sygma, the interoperability layer for creating cross-blockchain apps, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual.

The next phase of the blockchain industry’s growth, in our opinion, will be fundamentally enabled by cross-chain interoperability. Responsibilities:

  • Own the Sygma strategy, value proposition, and vision.
  • Be a credible public spokesperson for bridging and cross-chain interoperability; be aware of the market and technological trends.
  • To provide a fantastic user experience, comprehend corporate objectives and define product success criteria with clearly measurable targets and important results.
  • Create a product plan and connect priorities with deadlines to achieve business objectives.
  • Work with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and designers to carry out tasks quickly and effectively while generating value for our company and users.
  • Find new and better ways to improve our practices and products while motivating people to work together for a common goal.
  • Assist in forming the ChainSafe product culture by mentoring and coaching other product managers.
  • To sway results, effectively communicate with the team and the leadership.
  • Establishing and analyzing metrics for product performance and health

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a product lead or head of product developing technology-based products
  • 3+ years of experience working on the protocol (L1, L2, Interoperability) or application level (DeFi, Wallets,…) in the blockchain sector.
  • Enthusiasm for the future of multi- and cross-chain networks, as well as technical knowledge of the technology underlying bridges and cross-chain protocols
  • Grasp of several different business functional areas, such as engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
  • High levels of independence, responsibility, and self-direction have been proven to be beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills, as well as knowledge of how to communicate with a variety of audiences, including users, partners, and developers.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with multiple restrictions, utilizing good judgment to weigh risks and negotiate uncertainties and to present your case in a written narrative that is well-structured and supported by data.
  • Demonstrated capacity to interact constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and business leaders
