In order to better and speed up clinical research for the development of drugs and vaccines, CVS Clinical Trial Recruitment collaborates with top global biopharma and government clients to supply qualified participants into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical studies. To support patient recruitment campaigns for clinical trials, the Manager, Marketing Communications will be in charge of designing, producing, and delivering copy and design layouts for email, direct mail, and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the teams in charge of recruitment operations and analytics to prepare content and files for emails, direct mail, landing pages, and channel execution and tracking.
  • Help create and carry out a test-and-learn agenda to test omnichannel, creative, and copy tactics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing consistent brand guidelines for user experience and design.
  • Role has the potential to extend to encompass the creation of creative for campaigns in digital marketing.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: at least 43,700; up to 100,000

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • Experience writing, editing, and proofreading campaign copy for print and digital channels, as well as setting up direct mail print production files, in a corporate or agency environment for one or more years.
  • 1 or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (InDesign)

Recommended Requirements

  • Excel at translating complex content into engaging and consumer-friendly language.
  • Experience with search, paid channels, and display marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML generation tools like Stensul
  • The ideal candidate is open to change and expansion as the role and team develop. Eventually, position might help with digital media platforms.
  • Though not necessary, copywriting expertise in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as journalism, communications, or marketing.
