A senior growth operations manager who can own and manage the deal pipeline is needed by Livepeer. You will work closely with the go-to-market team to own opportunities that enter our pipeline from “open” to “live,” and you will answer directly to the cofounder. Initially, you won’t be expected to work with others to establish a team; instead, you’ll be expected to be the main executor while working with the cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the deal pipeline, keeping an eye on and reporting on its progress.
  • Organize partner discussions and projects to influence go-to-market.
  • To improve pipeline conversion rate, collaborate with the development and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve Livepeer’s product-market fit.
  • Use leadership to analyze consumer insights, market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing best practices to inform effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bd/sales experience with early-stage technical businesses of at least 4 years. Owning and managing the transaction pipeline for a technical product is something you feel confident doing.
  • Obsession with blockchain-connected video applications across social media and creator-centric use cases, which are Livepeer’s target market. You are fascinated with assisting Livepeer in enabling web3 to have a significant influence in these categories.
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for the web3 space.
  • Versatile, all-encompassing experience that demonstrates your willingness to execute across a wide range of business domains. If you’ve never done something, you’re confident you’ll be able to figure it out.
  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and project management abilities.
  • Experience handling negotiations from beginning to end while controlling consumer expectations.
  • Managing CRM and sales automation platforms, like as Hubspot, is experience.
  • Having expertise in handling complicated projects and identifying improvement/opportunity areas.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Metrics-driven and looking for new ways to speed up growth.

Base Salary: US$90,000-$150,000 year
