The Senior Advisor for Agile Coaching will be in charge of fostering relationships with and among team members, facilitating team development practices using Agile philosophies, working in demanding but supportive environments, coordinating both established and emerging product development procedures, and providing both Agile leadership vision and ongoing scrum level support. In order to support on-the-ground team activities across a few scrum teams, the job is expected to develop a team of at least one reporting scrum master.

Responsibilities:

• Fostering communication between and among team members.
• Promoting collaborative development techniques while applying agile ideals.
• Coordinating both experienced and inexperienced parties in a demanding but friendly atmosphere.
• Product development procedures, as well as offering daily scrum-level support and an Agile leadership vision.
• Assembling a group of reporting scrum masters and supporting on-the-ground team activity for a few scrum teams.
• Success in this position is determined by how consistently the teams improve their capacity to monitor pertinent indicators, pivot, and follow scrum principles.
• Ultimately succeed in developing complex healthcare products by well-coordinated and assisted methods throughout the incubator.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma from high school; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years working in a healthcare technology environment as an Agile coach or in a related role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a scrum master in a healthcare IT environment.
• expertise in interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with a multitude of stakeholders in complicated corporate healthcare systems.
• Scrum and Agile accreditation.
