Are you enthusiastic to assist Customer Service (CS) Associates in matching billions of deliveries to millions of customers around the world?

The Learning, Language, Content, and Communications (L2C2) team at Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) is seeking an exceptional instructional designer to develop and continuously enhance learning programs using a variety of innovative strategies based on learning science that motivate students and boost productivity.

This pertains to trainings conducted both independently and by instructors for all of our CS Associates. The position calls for a person with innovation skills, the ability to work rapidly, and the freedom to think beyond the box.

Additionally, the position calls for a person who can build relationships with stakeholders, manage them, and take a proactive approach to problem solving. You will have practice analyzing data to identify pain areas and creating content strategies that address those issues.

NOTE: For this position, you must have a portfolio or work samples.

Responsibilities:

• Produce blended learning resources that encourage learning through self-study, practice, performance assistance, socialization, and knowledge exchange using the proper tools and delivery strategies.
• To create and build learning solutions that set the bar higher, are accessible, and have a worldwide audience, conduct requirements analysis.
• To guarantee that learning solutions suit the demands of the company and learners, pursue a thorough understanding of the various learner roles supporting the various operational programs.
• Provide evaluation strategies for gauging the impact of learner outcomes on business metrics and knowledge acquisition.
• Create a thorough training/design plan that will serve as a communication tool for stakeholders and a way to track progress.
• Effectively manage many ongoing projects and efforts by setting priorities.
• Effectively collaborate with other teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support the introduction of new goods and services as well as the updating of current ones.
• Conduct LMS administration responsibilities, such as creating curriculum, updating current content, and generating reports.
• Keep up with new teaching methods, techniques, and technology.
• Always assess the quality, business effect, and scalability of your solutions.
• Create and utilize strong connections with several parties to deliver challenging, international projects.
• Stakeholders should receive learning suggestions based on business acumen and learning science.

Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in project or program management
• Experience determining and driving changes using data and analytics
• Cross-functional working knowledge with both tech and non-tech teams

FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery and reporting results to top leadership
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic area, the basic salary for this position is $59,300 per year, while in our top geographic market, it is $142,800 per year. Compensation is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
