Position Description:

The Enterprise Systems HR Technology Program Manager must have good project management abilities, significant technical understanding, and experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments to be successful in this post. They should also be able to convey complicated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and think creatively and strategically in order to drive business outcomes.

Accountabilities in the Job Description:

  • Serve as the focal point for Information Solutions and Services (ISS) and interact with business leaders across the enterprise to achieve common goals.
  • Creating and carrying out project plans that are in line with business objectives.
  • Handling the day-to-day execution of technical projects and ensuring that project teams function effectively and efficiently.
  • Assessing and managing talent intelligence project risks, dependencies, and restrictions.
  • Working with stakeholders such as business owners, product managers, engineers, and customer service teams to ensure that project needs are met.
  • Presenting senior management, stakeholders, and project team members with regular project progress updates.
  • Identifying and applying best practices for project management and delivery to drive ongoing process improvement.
  • Keeping up to current on the newest technologies and trends in the Enterprise Systems HR Technology field and leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and improve solution performance, user experience, and business value.
  • Develop, improve, and lead the HR Technology Program Management function, which includes critical operating mechanisms for ISS portfolio management, continuous resource management, business priority alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Assess and address increasing skill shortages and emerging demands in process capabilities and capacity to support long-term business growth.
  • Communicates relevant project information to organization management in an effective manner.
  • Reporting findings and escalating issues to internal and external parties.
  • Do regular assessments to ensure that critical projects are following established targets and KPIs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and proactively managing risk to quality and schedule performance.
  • Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering functional leaders collaborate to produce products and services from concept to complete launch.
  • Improves processes throughout the organization. Enhances project efficiency and transparency while ensuring alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Lead and manage the team’s business rhythm, workflows, internal communications, headcount, and budget activities.
  • Oversee and develop team personnel, and play a significant role in fostering a healthy, collaborative work culture.

You’ll need the following experience:

  • Experience managing program elements related to full-funnel enterprise systems programs across the application development lifecycle, such as intake and prioritization, business requirements, design, configuration, system integration, reporting, user acceptance, marketing, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Capability to link program to business needs and track tangible results.
    Capable of synthesizing comprehensive program accomplishments and risks to inform strategic talks with different stakeholders at various levels.
    Proactive ambition to lead a team of specialists in realizing the maximum potential of the organization and individual contributions alike.
