Call Center Representative – Aston Carter Remote Jobs

Job Type: Call Center Representative from home
Location: Virginia work from home
Company: Aston Carter
Must be available to work between the hours of 8AM and 10PM, plus one weekend day.
Training Days: Monday through Friday (8-5:30pm)
Permanent Shift: four days per week plus one day on the weekend between the hours of (10am-10pm)
beginning on March 20, 2023
Interviews must be scheduled for March 1–3, 2015.
Responsibilities:
- Your main duties as a customer service representative or inside sales representative will be to answer incoming calls from current clients regarding general inquiries, issues, product information, etc.
- Everyday duties will comprise, but not be limited to:
- Processing 60–100 incoming calls with an average call duration of five minutes.
- Provide estimates for new services, as well as upsell other services or goods to make simple home modifications, make appointments, and answer general inquiries.
- Helping clients in resolving various utility issues
Requirements:
- Previous contact center experience OR experience providing face-to-face client service (retail, service industry, hospitality included)
- Previous sales experience is required (upselling products or services)
