Position Description:
Supporting both transactional print and program print clients will be among the responsibilities. You would handle these obligations by being knowledgeable about the products and services you provide and using the resources and tools at your disposal. Supporting the customer base for Print & Marketing Services will lead to revenue generation and an increase in customer retention as a result of their satisfaction with the goods and services provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively managing salesforce support queues with your committed team to deliver the highest degree of customer excellence through prompt action and good communication • Independently assigning tasks and taking first proactive action before going onto next case
- Updates the status of each Salesforce case record in detail and notes the date of the next action that is necessary.
- Consistently follows up on all pending cases to ensure that customers’ inquiries are promptly resolved as promised.
- Communicates with Sales team on all issues that may have an impact on their client for complete visibility and knowledge. • Consistently adheres to standard procedures to ensure team members can backup when away from the office or on vacation. takes the initiative to address customer quality issues by working with business partners to quickly fix production problems
- By guiding customers through the sa.com website and encouraging them to use self-service options, team members can: • Promote self-service options to customers; • Update customer, sales, and team managers on task progress and completion; and • Work directly with customers or sales to submit complete sales opportunities into salesforce.
- Assist Implementation in submitting requests from clients for modifications to the current print program when placing manual orders for program SKUs that can’t be ordered online.
- Additional tasks as delegated by the Team Manager.
Qualifications:
- What is required – Basic requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills to professionally communicate with customers, account managers, and partners; high school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer service and/or account management; strong telephone communication skills; ability to develop relationships based on strong interpersonal communication and engagement; time management, organization, and planning skills; and Independent working ability Ability to learn about products, pricing, and company policies; Capacity to operate under deadline pressure regardless of interruptions; Basic PC abilities, including command of the Windows environment and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven track record of regular punctuality and good attendance.
