Responsibilities:
You will oversee the RFQ, NPI, and CPPT processes for all assigned programs in the role of program manager. Maintain action item lists and NPI checklists, oversee cross-functional launch teams, and administer contracts. evaluates key areas of concern and suggests remedial action. ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES (Reasonable modifications may be made to allow people with disabilities to carry out the necessary tasks.) manages several quotations and the Request for Quote (RFQ) procedure while having a solid grasp of our sales process and the needs of the customer. uses a conceptual grasp of incremental margin, fixed/variable costs, absorption, and departmental rate calculation. Manages, communicates, and offers suggestions to enhance the Customer Produced Product Transfer (CPPT) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes on assigned programs. evaluates risks, creates solutions, brings about change, and communicates duties across the organization. recognizes the responsibilities of functional departments, identifies potential problem areas, and alerts senior management to problems. manages allocated contracts, addresses client issues, and makes recommendations. evaluates and modifies the business model of the company to conform to the business model of the client. organizes and leads frequent team meetings to assess progress while managing cross-functional launch teams. creates and maintains a cross-functional action item archive and NPI checklist. keeps milestone, resource, and cash flow charts updated. creates, updates, and publishes weekly cost, quality, and delivery reports. communicates complicated commercial and technical issues in report and action form to all levels of the company.
