Position Description:

In order to drive growth and customer retention in a B2B SaaS marketing environment, our ideal candidate has a track record of operationalizing the optimum mix of marketing strategies, tactics, and channels across various stages of the customer experience. To ensure the success of our clients’ and end-users’ use of our products throughout their lifecycles, you will collaborate closely with customer success, product, and marketing at HG Insights. We’re seeking for someone who enjoys combining rigor and process-building with a strong dose of creativity.

What You’ll Be In Charge Of:

  • In conjunction with Customer Success, Sales, and Product, operationalizing customer advocacy strategy involves developing activities to foster advocacy at each stage along the customer experience.
  • Inspirational customer tales are brought to life through a variety of content types and media, HG Insights’ value is demonstrated along with how we assist our clients in becoming more successful, and the voice of the client is transformed into sales and marketing tools for public or private use
  • designing proactive campaigns, communications, and materials based on trends and current events that have an influence on customers and their staff.
  • In order to create a comprehensive set of materials that support our primary business goals, we must identify opportunities and gaps in our customer reference database.
  • driving the execution of our annual HG Vision customer event and our Customer Advisory Board.
  • Process measurement and reporting to show the value and results of consumer advocacy (e.g., inclusive of customer referrals, net promoter score, volume of positive social brand mentions, co-marketing campaigns, etc.)
  • supporting yearly, biannually, and quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to spur organizational change

You’ll require:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or communications position, including interviewing B2B technology buyers and users; aptitude for comprehending technical information and use cases in the market and for products.
  • Background in customer reference programs and content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space, in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interviewing, editing, and publishing abilities, as well as good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Business, marketing, communications, or a similar subject bachelor’s degree.
  • a love of hearing, comprehending, and sharing customer experiences
  • Experience with Marketo, SFDC, and Client Management Proven track record of managing marketing initiatives with quantifiable results through performance measurement, tracking, and data analysis
