Position Description:

OSEA is seeking a full-time, mid-level graphic designer with experience to support our creative team on all digital and print assets for the entire brand. The creation of on-brand marketing materials, such as emails, website assets, social media graphics, packaging, etc., will fall under the purview of this person, who will report to the Associate Design Director. Outstanding organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities are required, as well as an optimistic outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Daily, campaign, and new product launch emails
• Website assets include banners, landing pages, etc.
• Social media assets include story cards, in-feed posts, etc.
• Print: flyers, posters, etc.
• Support for current packaging designs
• Set priorities and oversee numerous projects while adhering to the schedules and design requirements
• Maintain and arrange creative resources inside of Dropbox, Wrike, and other file sharing applications.

Skills:

• expert in Figma with the Adobe Creative Suite (IND, AI, and PSD)
• mastery of the Microsoft Suite, particularly Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Basic PM Tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience with numerous brands and businesses
• Graphic Design BFA preferred but not necessary
• understanding of graphic principles, layouts, and typography
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced atmosphere, complete numerous tasks at once, and adhere to deadlines
• Completely remote, however must be available during hours in the Pacific Time Zone (9am-6pm PT)
• Must have a positive outlook, be a team player, and be able to gracefully adjust to ever-changing deadlines.
