Position Description:

To help our clients with any endeavor, no matter how big or small, every step of the way, the Website and Security Sales Team at GoDaddy is looking for sales and support consultants. Website and Security Sales is a dual-purpose position that helps customers with their hosting and security needs while also advising on solutions that will improve their quality of life and success. In order to build our customers’ businesses, we conduct talks based on their needs and act as their advocates.

What you will be able to do

• You will be a member of a team of committed sales and support personnel whose goal is to guarantee that each and every one of our hosting clients has the product suite they require, whenever they need it.
• While maintaining a great customer experience, you will help consumers with purchases, technical problems, and any general queries or concerns.
• You will carefully go over each customer account to look for sales chances to make them more prosperous. upgrading hosting services, introducing accessories that integrate with current core products, taking care of any and all security demands, and addressing any other account warnings that might be present.

Your background should include…

• Ability to satisfy performance standards and benchmarks, including sales targets.
• openness to honing your sales techniques, including how to handle objections and close deals.
• being able to work in a constantly-evolving, dynamic setting while swiftly picking up new skills and adjusting to new procedures and systems
• strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work well in a team.
• willingness to follow our Workforce team’s scheduled lunches and breaks strictly.
• knowledge of multi-screen workstations, multitasking skills, and the ability to use various tools simultaneously.

Possibly, you also…

• strong sales history, preferably in phone sales.
• demonstrated talent for marketing and outstanding rapport-building with customers.
• want to fully own all client issues and deliver a really amazing client experience, one client at a time.
• familiarity with server administration or hosting support
• knowledge of web hosting technology, especially experience with popular content management programs like WordPress or Joomla.
