Position Description:

The Marketing Manager, Nurture Consumer Marketing will bring an analytical skill set with a focus on maximizing ROI and increasing customer lifecycle performance, an audience-obsession for developing compelling nurture strategies, intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo with innovative new ideas, and a history of delivering superior results. In addition, this individual will develop and improve the multichannel consumer journey jointly and have a passion for fostering an extraordinary team culture.

The Marketing Manager, Nurture Consumer Marketing position is remote and can be performed from any location in the United States.

Principal Responsibility:

  • Using both the online ecommerce platform and the telesales organization, develop nurture campaign techniques that contribute to a distinctive brand positioning and customer value.
  • Utilize strategic alliances to develop and improve a unique creative platform and value proposition for nurture outreach.
  • Develop campaign journeys for a range of audience categories with the objective of expanding the CRM database, nurturing leads, and retaining beneficiaries in order to maximize plan satisfaction.
  • Partner with product to develop an industry-leading, frictionless experience that increases conversions and engagement.
  • Partner with customer service and sales to gain insight into demands and pain points that marketing could address to boost conversion and retention.
  • Develop procedures to maintain continual compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct audience research and analysis in order to generate a pipeline of ideas and projects.
  • Responsible for attaining program income goals on time and within budget constraints.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign and audience analyses, program costs, and return on investment (ROI), and make recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage vendor relationships to enhance and sustain performance, capacity, and resource allocation.
  • Work collaboratively with the data and technology team to continuously enhance data processes, the assessment of customer lifecycle performance, and the development of dashboard tools that are accessible and on-demand.
  • Utilize a customer-centric perspective to comprehend our customers’ experiences across all channels, including the website, email, SMS, landing pages, referral programs, and direct mail, in order to increase business growth and customer retention.

Ideal Experience:

  • Expertise and track record in developing growth in a business selling directly to consumers.
  • 4+ years of consumer and brand CRM marketing experience.
  • Successful performance and outcomes in the health care industry (Medicare experience preferred).
  • A history of effectively utilizing resources to drive ROI and LTV growth continuously.
  • Proven proficiency in testing technique and driving results with analytics.
  • Proven track record and accountability for quarterly performance achievement.
  • Experience establishing effective and fruitful interdepartmental partnerships.
  • Experience and comfort working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, at a rapid pace and with a flexible temperament to adjust to the ever-changing needs of the consumer, the regulatory environment, and the business.
  • Excellent project management skills, including conceptualization, alignment, resource planning, deadline and objective management, and analysis and suggestion delivery.
