As the Senior Manager of Project and Program Management (Medicare) for our Part D and Medicare Advantage teams. In coordination with Aetna Medicare departments, the PBM, and our retail pharmacy partners, you will oversee large-scale projects. You will give our members the perks and services they deserve in order to make sure their wellbeing.
The ideal applicant will be passionate about offering our members the greatest Medicare plan available and have demonstrable experience completing big programs.
The location of this position is completely flexible within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the scope, resources, and interdependencies independently in order to successfully fulfill business initiatives.
- Offer advice and have an impact on strategic choice-making.
- Create project plans, keep track of progress, evaluate risks, and make sure the program is successfully completed.
- We monitor and publish metrics to make sure we are meeting the needs of our members.
- Work together to identify and address new needs with business, PBM, retail pharmacy, and IT partners.
Pay Suffix
In general, this position pays between: Maximum: 162,700 Minimum: 75,400
Please keep in mind that this range indicates the range of salaries for all positions in the job grade that this position belongs to. The actual compensation offer will consider a number of variables, including geography.
Requirements:
Necessary qualifications
- Experience with Medicare for 5 years (preferable as a subject matter expert)
- Experience managing projects for five years Previous experience working with cross-functional teams Knowledge of negotiating and influencing deadlines and decision results
Preferred credentials
- Prescription drug plans (PDP), special needs plans, or Medicare Advantage (MA) for at least three years (SNP).
- PMP or comparable accreditation.
Education: Nine years of comparable job experience or a bachelor’s degree
