Position Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Remote Product Marketing Manager for a 5 month temp post. There are no time zones in the continental US that are closer to this location than this one. This individual will be in charge of promoting the uptake and development of a fresh fintech product.

Responsibilities:

• Establish goals, target audience, positioning and message, and channel strategy to develop and drive the GTM strategy.
• Obtain support for product marketing plans from important marketing, product, and creative stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Promote important market insights and the product marketing viewpoint during product development to have an impact on firm products.
• By testing measurable and scalable initiatives that you’ll optimize and launch based on learnings, you can promote the company’s marketing experimentation culture.
• Launch marketing campaigns that are informed by insights into important business KPIs, consumer behavior, and product goals.
• Develop and coordinate a campaign.
• Skills:
• a successful history of leading product launches and marketing campaigns
• highly effective leadership abilities
• solid product marketing background (fintech a strong plus)
• Strong commercial sense and thorough knowledge of fundamental analytical ideas like LTV and incrementality
• the capacity to succeed at both the strategic and operational levels and to regularly achieve or surpass set goals.
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• a self-starter with the capacity to work quickly and with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Required is an undergraduate degree
