Requirements:
Required credentials
To solve moderately complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems within a business unit) while taking into account all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective, one must carry out analysis and translate business needs to produce high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specific time frames. Ensures that the requirements’ end-to-end traceability is full. performs given tasks and creates particular project deliverables using specialized functional and/or business skills. analyzes how changes in technology will affect current technologies and business operations. Technically capable of working independently on the majority of business systems analysis phases. contributes to the analysis of test execution and test planning methodologies. assembles the suitable User-Interface Model(s) to assist projects. creates flowcharts of business processes. helps to create specifications for interface design and data model development. identifies, tracks, and resolves problems with data quality. helps with the planning and mapping of data conversion techniques. engages in joint design sessions for systems and data with the user base, technical architecture resources, and development resources. Completes project operations on time and within budget, and alerts the project manager to problems that could compromise milestones or the project budget. Utilizing internal processes and tools, adheres to the APLC or AGILE project management methodology, and identifies areas for method improvement. Creates system user manuals, system training materials, tool glossaries, product overviews, and FAQs to support implementation operations. produces effective communication materials that are properly distributed and documented. encourages and counsels business analysts who lack experience. carries out fact-finding, interviews, and independent research to develop innovative IT solutions for business issues.
Preferred Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Must be well-versed in use case tools and structured IT application development lifecycles and techniques.
- Successful communication skills with members, healthcare experts, government officials, and health plans.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology, or a comparable mix of training and experience.
