The DNS data plane team at Amazon Route 53 is hiring! A highly scalable and available Domain Name System (DNS) solution, Amazon Route 53 is provided by Amazon Web Services. In addition to offering cutting-edge capabilities like latency-based routing (LBR), Private DNS, Geo DNS routing, DNS failover, and interaction with Amazon CloudFront, Amazon S3, and Amazon Elastic Load Balancing, we are active in more than 50 locations across the world.
A highly accessible AWS service called DNS Data plane is intended to provide businesses and developers with a very dependable and affordable means to direct end users to the Internet services they need. With an emphasis on enhancing routing and system performance, we are developing the next generation data plane service that will be even more resistant to external assaults. You will have a great chance to influence the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of innovative products that people you know will use on a daily basis.
All facets of the service experience, including designing and developing the software, running it, and meeting performance and scale goals for the client, will fall under the purview of responsibilities.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, excluding internships
- 5+ years of programming experience with knowledge of at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of expertise in the design or architecture of new and current systems, with an emphasis on design patterns, reliability, and scaling
- Having mentored, served as a tech lead, or managed an engineering team
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience with the entire software development life cycle, including coding guidelines, code reviews, source control administration, build procedures, testing, and operations
- A computer science bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
