Responsibilities:
- Answers a large number of member and plan sponsor calls in both English and Spanish promptly and courteously. uses a variety of IT technologies to locate and save relevant plan and participant data. Account balances, statements, fees, investment funds, distribution, and loans are just a few of the questions you might ask on the phone centers.
- Establishes a professional rapport with participants by giving them up-to-date, reliable information that will help them make the best decisions possible to reach their retirement goals.
- Informs participants on the advantages of retirement accounts, the available plan alternatives, and the legal and tax repercussions of those options.
- Education includes Future Plan’s goods and services as well.
- Looks into participant and client complaints and works along with the proper division to find a solution.
- Checks necessary documentation provided on distributions to make sure plan rules are followed.
- Establish and preserve professional client relationships through prompt and effective responses to queries and the provision of correct information.
- Recognize, take into account, and apply different laws, including but not limited to the DOL, ERISA, and IRS, when gathering, examining, and interpreting data.
