Responsibilities:
A full-time video producer is needed by the Amazon Business Creative Team to oversee the whole video production process, from pre-production to post-production. We’re searching for a production and animation multi-instrumentalist that appreciates working directly with clients, developing brand-new materials, and improvising when necessary. You will be in charge of producing top-notch videos, globally scalable animation material, and aiding in the realization of Amazon Business services. You must be a well-organized self-starter who can handle ambiguity, a great team player, and someone who has no trouble pitching and defending their ideas to other creatives, product managers, and business executives.

In this position, you will work alongside a group of top-notch Product, Marketing, and Content teams to create and deliver the essential components that support the worldwide Amazon Business experience.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- A portfolio of video production work
- Experience with developing localized video assets and omni-channel assets
- Strong illustration design skills to create vector images for animated videos
- Experience managing the end-to-end production process
- A bachelor’s degree in communication design, digital design, digital advertising, or comparable degree program, or commensurate professional experience Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and autonomously with cross-functional and external partners to create assets and campaigns on time and on budget Experience in client communications, launching projects, and directing clients to the most effective project solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Capability to show innovative designs that produce quantifiable results
* Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Experience creating modular content that addresses various stages of the customer lifecycle
* Experience using the voice of the customer to guide the development of video content
* Capability of managing a production forecast and providing both written and verbal updates to stakeholders
* Experience working with little direction in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
* Ability to work quickly and demonstrate a bi-directional communication style

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic area, the basic salary for this position is $96,400 per year, whereas in our top geographic region, it is $185,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
