Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing software engineering architecture and process best practices (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, etc.).
- Work with the product owners to comprehend detailed requirements and own your code throughout design, development, test automation, and user delivery of a high-quality solution.
- Create user-friendly software that allows consumers to extend and adjust the functionality to match their individual requirements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new products and features, while upgrading the existing product portfolio.
Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of experience with Java or a comparable OO language Enthusiasm for JavaScript, the Web, reusability, and componentization
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scalability concerns.
- Experience with current UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is required.
- Analytical and creative abilities
- Knowledge of and skill with using tools to aid with daily activities (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools).
