DESCRIPTION:
Quiq seeks a Product Marketing Director who can drive growth through the creation of messaging and positioning for new product features, assist in the enablement of our sales force, ideate on key campaigns and go-to-market strategies, articulate our competitive differentiation, and advocate for new and innovative opportunities.
The Director of Product Marketing will work closely with the Director of Outbound Product Management to help drive the launch and go-to-market strategy for new features and products, reporting to the SVP of Marketing. They will also work to effectively position and differentiate our products and services from those of the competition.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned orchestrator and marketer with an emphasis on measurement and business impact. They should have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise B2B marketing, including which channels to use, when to use them, and how to measure their effectiveness. In addition, this role should be customer-centric and possess a strong interest in the target audience, their journey, and the competition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quiq’s end-to-end product marketing responsibility (strategic vision and tactical execution).
- Assist in the identification of strategic market opportunities based on industry trends, customer/prospect feedback, the competitive environment, and other inputs.
- Create positioning and messaging for digital products, services, and solutions offered by Quiq.
- Regularly convene with key stakeholders across functions to share insights, research, and results and to align on programs with mutually advantageous outcomes.
- Assist with the development of sales tools and collateral, such as presentations, data sheets, case studies, demo videos, and white papers.
- Support the implementation of effective lead generation programs via new business and customer-focused field marketing events, trade shows, public relations, webinars, and digital marketing.
- Consider alternatives and take a proactive, collaborative approach to overcoming obstacles/roadblocks.
- Driving revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience for an enterprise-focused B2B SaaS organization.
- In-depth familiarity with the customer experience software. Prior experience with contact center or customer service (preferably) or ecommerce software is required for success.
- Knowledge of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, as well as a track record of increasing funnel conversion.
- Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer).
- Expertise in collaborating with sales to develop, refine, and execute successful campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of marketing metrics, analytics, and project management software (ex. Excel, Marketo, Salesforce, Notion).
- Excellent writing abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
