That Which We See

  • The Undergraduate Program Coordinator in Mathematics works directly with the Undergraduate Program Director in all undergraduate program-related issues and offers assistance as needed in the Mathematics Office.
  • Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, two years of related job experience, and a practicing Christian. Preferred is four years of experience.
  • One could be given preference over the other based on more education or experience.
  • Candidates must now hold a valid work authorization to work full-time in the United States.

What You Are Going to Do

  • Give support to every aspect of the undergraduate curriculum in mathematics.
  • Deal directly with the director of the undergraduate program.
  • Oversee all facets of calendaring courses, program meetings, and activities.
  • Track course catalogs, program purchases, and student tests in accordance with Baylor policy.
  • Oversee program website and student interactions.
  • Oversee all program components related to student transfer credits.
  • As requested by the department Chair, backup support for the office scheduling and events administrative responsibilities.
  • Working together with department personnel, plan and manage events.
  • Get and keep up a working understanding of relevant University resources and systems.
  • Communicate with visitors, teachers, administration, and students to further the goals of Baylor.
  • Carry out all other responsibilities as given to further the goals of Baylor.
  • Capability of following University regulations.
  • Consistently and on time show up.
