The expanding team of our Partner Company is in need of a Marketing Director to join T2 Tech Group. The main duty of this resource will be to create and carry out a thorough marketing plan that will assist lead generation and sales efforts, build the company’s brand, and raise brand recognition.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, three or more years of experience managing marketing campaigns, and/or relevant expertise creating marketing strategy, collateral, and campaigns are requirements for the ideal applicant. In addition to developing, implementing, monitoring, updating, and continuously analyzing the organization’s strategic business development and marketing plan, they will be in charge of planning, organizing, and supervising all facets of business development and marketing communications. In addition, the marketing director will be in charge of developing and putting into place monitoring systems to monitor revenue growth, volume, and program-by-service-line increases. They will also be in charge of social media and website strategy, media relations, and working with sales personnel to create persuasive presentations and offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and polish the company’s brand.
  • Work together with senior management to develop an all-encompassing marketing plan.
  • Use marketing tools and technologies to organize your marketing efforts.
  • Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to raise brand recognition and assist with lead generation and sales endeavors.
  • Assist publications and vendors in publishing articles and related content; Work with sales staff to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities; Create and update marketing content (e.g., brochures, case studies, articles, white papers, presentations, marketing emails).
  • Oversee social media initiatives to grow a fan base and boost interaction.
  • Arrange and carry out webinars and events pertaining to marketing.

  • Comprehend technology and expert services to effectively promote the company’s products.
  • Analyze positioning and compare competitors.
  • Develop and refresh your marketing messaging.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • three or more years of experience in a marketing manager or related position Knowledge of creating marketing campaigns, collateral, and strategies
  • expertise or experience in the IT and healthcare sectors
  • adept at using the Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign software package
  • Proficiency in WordPress website building and upkeep Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate well in a group setting Excellent communication abilities with external suppliers
  • Website and SEO knowledge is a must.
