The ideal applicant for this position is someone who can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion, has a solid understanding of modern marketing technologies, and understands SEO best practices. Together with internal departments, vendors, and the marketing team, you will collaborate to launch campaigns on schedule and under budget. You will participate in the dialogue at Qgiv by collaborating with diverse departments to execute innovative marketing initiatives that stimulate demand creation and enhance consumer interaction.
Objectives
- Boost performance in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and display advertising; raise brand awareness and engage prospects;
- Boost sales performance, conversions, and quality lead creation.
- Analyze and report on each digital marketing campaign’s performance.
Outcomes
- Support marketing objectives by raising SQL conversion rates and new MQL acquisition.
- Boost website traffic for four straight quarters by 10%.
- Boost quarterly online referral traffic by 10%.
- Verify the ROI of integrated marketing efforts in order to analyze and enhance them.

What to Anticipate
- All digital marketing initiatives, such as database marketing, display advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM, and retargeting tactics, should be planned and carried out.

Requirements:
- A marketing-related bachelor’s or master’s degree
- two to four years of digital marketing experience
- Proven track record in directing and overseeing campaigns for display ads, database marketing, SEO, and/or SEM
- Extremely creative with background in identifying target markets and creating digital campaigns that inspire, educate, and involve consumers
- expertise in behavior funnels and landing page optimization
- familiarity with multivariate and A/B testing
- strong familiarity with online analytics programs (such as Ahrefs and Google Analytics)
- working familiarity with tools for assisting sales (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- familiarity with establishing and refining PPC, SEO, and AdWords campaigns
- strong analytical abilities and a focus on data
