Call Center Representative – Remote Jobs

We are happy to announce that we are currently seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative on a contract basis who can work from home (WFH). You will offer payment help options in this role, such as co-pay cards or vouchers. The main duties of the Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative include answering inquiries about card activation, program eligibility, program benefits, and the explanation and debugging of submission rejections. This position will be handled by an outside agency under contract with IQVIA, with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee.

Main point of contact at the call center for patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers who use an Opus Health program. Call center agents are in charge of answering inquiries about things like card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting/explanation of submission rejections.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their initial requests by phone, email, fax, or other available channels to the Support Center.
• Evaluate the user’s problem promptly and offer first-level support to address it.
• Record details pertaining to the resolution and promptly report any outstanding issues to the relevant department.
• Identify operational difficulties and, if required, make suggestions to management
• Capacity to work 40 hours a week under moderate supervision (two shifts: 8:30 am EST 5:30 pm EST or 11:00 am EST 8:00 pm EST).

Requirements:

Minimum Level of Training and Experience:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent
• Experience as a pharmacy technician is necessary.
• Call center experience (3+ years recommended) and HIPAA certification are prerequisites.
• Processing medical claims experience is advantageous.
• Speaking Spanish and English is a benefit.

This position pays between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.
