Your primary responsibilities as a Senior Account Executive will be managing client relationships and spotting business possibilities in emerging and mid-market markets. In your designated regions, you will bear primary responsibility for maintaining and growing our clientele. Finding possibilities with potential customers and new clients and developing them into lucrative, long-term partnerships is your main objective.

Responsibilities:
- Make thorough business strategies that are intended to help you meet pre-established targets and goals.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads to closing the deal.
- Use networking to find new sales prospects and develop them into long-term collaborations.
- Present items to potential customers in an efficient manner.
- Offer expert post-purchase assistance to optimize client retention.
- Keep in constant contact with your clients to learn about their wants and provide for them in order to strengthen and expand current relationships.
- Maintaining the company’s reputation requires cooperation among all departments to address concerns raised by customers and find satisfactory solutions.
- Make agreements, negotiate them, and maintain data and sales records.
- Share and report on achievements and challenges faced.
- Although this is a remote role, there will likely be some travel required for conferences and/or in-person meetings.
Requirements:
- At ease assisting in the direction of intricate contract negotiations.
- Possessing demonstrated closing abilities and the capacity to oversee analysis-driven negotiating procedures (internal or external).
- excellent quantitative and analytical abilities as well as great written and vocal communication abilities.
- able to function in a fast-paced, unclear environment.
- a track record of success in mid-market and emerging market accounts as a sales professional.
- understanding of sales, negotiation, and market research techniques.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation abilities, and communication abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.

- A high school degree is necessary, with a business administration, sales, or marketing BSc or BA desirable.
