We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Product Manager to become a member of our team.

The Product Manager will assist LCM in operationalizing best practices for product management while concentrating on launching internal initiatives. The position calls for proficiency in Agile project management, mentoring/coaching, and the product management lifecycle.

With team members spread across four continents, Last Call Media is a worldwide digital consultancy focused on remote work. As long as you can consistently commit to five hours of overlap with Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, you can work from anywhere in the world with a strong internet connection for this employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage the effective introduction of prototypes or minimal viable products (MVPs) by:
  • Formulating tactics to enter the market
  • arranging for cross-functional tasks to be done
  • ensuring congruence with external stakeholders and internal teams
  • preserving product relevance while taking feedback and shifting market dynamics into consideration
  • To find consumer demands, market trends, and chances for new product innovation, do competitive and market research.
  • Utilizing data-driven analytics, prioritize feature development choices and set product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Substantial and increasing experience with product management skills, including product vision
  • Product/Market Harmony
  • Product placement
  • demonstrated ability to oversee every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • strong communication, verbal, and writing abilities.
  • English spoken and written with ease.If you have any expertise with agile project management, that would be great.
  • prior experience working with an agency.
  • knowledge of Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira.
